SA/A53 B is a stocking grade for Auwelltier Steel.
ASTM/ASME SA/A53B Pipe Specifications
A53B is typically manufactured as a welded product. ERW- Electric Resistance Welded is the method of manufacture. It carries similar chemical and physical properties as A106B and is a mild carbon steel.
Pipe having other dimensions may be furnished provided such pipe complies with all other requirements of this specification.
Sizes 2″ to 26″ ERW in STD and XH.
